Kundalini is a beautiful yogic practice that - when combined with a comprehensive and balanced spiritual regimen - can transform and awaken. A Kundalini awakening can be the pivotal experience of one's spiritual life. Here is a group devoted to sharing resources (there are MANY) about the practice of Kundalini Yoga.
Do be advised that practicing Kundalini in the absence of a Guru is sometimes hazardous, as it can amplify energy blockages in the chakras. If you choose to practice it alone, do so with caution and moderation.
