Introduction

Shamanism is a range of traditional beliefs and practices concerned with communication with the spirit world. A practitioner of shamanism is known as a shaman, pronounced /ˈʃɑːmən/, /ˈʃeɪmən/, (|ˈshämən; ˈshā-|) noun (pl. -man(s)).There are many variations of shamanism throughout the world and several common beliefs are shared by all forms of shamanism. Shamans are intermediaries between the human and spirit worlds. They can treat illness and are capable of entering supernatural realms to provide answers for humans.

Hi Tris, Hi all,

Regarding the use of plants, lately someone bragged about the virtues of artemisia (in the form of infusion) with regards to altered states of consciousness, perhaps someone here more experienced can tell me if that plant can really be effective at that level...?

Thanks

@ Wina Niehaus: the soul has no anatomy it isnt physical. the soul is formless and indivisible. it is the drop of divinity with u. limitless, formless all encompassing. it is situated in the breath. the air hense it is in every bit of ur body and not in one organ. im sorry for the late reply hehe i just noticed/
