Sir Francis Bacon created an ideal for the illumination of mankind known as The Great Instauration. The Francis Bacon Research Trust and the Francis Bacon Society strive to educate people to the great work this Master brought forth during the English Renaissance.
I do not profess to have great knowledge about this plan, as i just recently came upon it myself. However, in the true spirit of Esoteric Online, i felt that there should be a group for the sharing and discussing of his ideas and plan for an illumined world.
I do ask, be respectful of the original intent of his great work, and lets not digress into a discussion of the dark side of world dominance. Sir Francis Bacon was not a propagator of enslavement. He was an idealist, and perhaps a Master, that believed in awakening the mind and the soul of all humanity.
Additionally, this group can be used to discuss the esoteric aspects of the great prose, plays and poetry of the Renaissance, especially those of Elizabethan and Jacobian England.

Greetings! I will be presenting in Dallas at Triangle Lodge (AMORC) on July 20th at 9:00 AM. I still do not profess to be an expert, as that would take a lifetime. But I do believe that this will be a good presentation. If you live in the area please try to attend!
Also, in July of 2014 the Colorado Region of AMORC will have a three day convention in Denver focusing on "What is the Great Work"!
I have for the past few years, been very curious about Sir Francis bacon.
His connections to Queen Elizabeth. Some say that he was actually her son. It's also said that it was he who financed the Jamestown Settlement to bring Rosicrucianism to this land. Don't know how true that is...but he is interesting.
