Honestly, if one separates the "Old Testament" from the New, and gives it a careful reading, the "savior" elements are actually very minor. It's especially noteworthy that it depicts the "Golden Age" of Israel…

- First discovered esoteric studies in 1973 thanks to Disney & James Bond -- that was the year both *Bedknobs & Broomsticks* & *Live & Let Die" came out, which started me on "pantacles" & Tarot cards.... I've since spent a significant portion of my life studying Qabalah from original Hebrew texts, as well as many other paths. My initiations follow the progression of the Aeons, as I was first Initiated into Wicca (Isis), then Freemasonry (Osiris), and then the O.T.O. (Horus). My best times so far have been in Freemasonry, where I am a Past Master (or the equivalent) of a Craft Lodge (Early Morning #672, Iowa) a Scottish Rite Lodge of Perfection, a Royal Arch Chapter, and a Council of Royal & Select Masters.
