I have sought solace through finding Spiritual grains of Truth since my 20s. I have read many books from many traditions (Gurdjieff, Crowley, Lao Tse, RAW and other New Falcon authors, Starhawk, more). In my late 20s/early 30s, I met and trained with my shamanic teachers, Evie Rysdyk and Allie Knowlton, who practice in Maine. From that point forward, I have practiced regularly and seriously, though at times I have fell off the red road. I continue to practice shamanism, and am heavily influenced by taoism.
