Lucid dreaming or what?
Hi, I've read Robert Monroe's work, so I have some info to work with but it seems lately I've been having very real to me dreams where I'm in a romantic situation. The physical sensations seem way to real. And when I realize what's going on I start waking up since I don't remember giving any permission. Is it just a dream or is this happening on another level? I suggest to myself before going to sleep that nothing can happen unless I give verbal permission. Any thoughts or recommendations?See More
