Everyone as you all know you tube and google are going to start dismantling videos they deem copy write bull. We need to start downloading all videos as fast as we can. You tube is the only video provider and they are against us. Please listen too what I'm saying before we are all stuck having too think the way they want us too think and our minds will be locked in cage, just the way they want. ThanksSee More

Everyone as you all know you tube and google are going to start dismantling videos they deem copy write bull. We need to start downloading all videos as fast as we can. You tube is the only video provider and they are against us. Please listen too what I'm saying before we are all stuck having too think the way they want us too think and our minds will be locked in cage, just the way they want. Thanks

Perhaps try this - Find a quiet spot where you are, light a comforting incense if you have any, and sit or lay still with your eyes closed. Focus on your breathe, don't necessarily try to control it, just observe your breath as you breathe in and out.
Sometimes what I will do is visualize a bright pure white light entering in from above me with each breath, moving further and further down with each one, until my entire body is full of light. Try this visualization in synchronization with the focus on your breath, and see if after several minutes it doesn't help you relax into a calm state of mind.
