So Mote It Be!
Hi Rolly: Thanks for the invite. This is new to me but I know that what is true to
any person is something that you already new as a child. I have read many things.
And have been dissapointed by most. But I also know that when I spent time
in Panama in the early 1970's it changed my life. Although the base level of my
peers don't understand or reconize any changes. But I keep looking.
And I hope this leads to a rewarding path. Because I want to visit my Hopi friends in the Mesa soon. Thanks Bob
Begin where you are. Look around, listen, what appears to you that is alchemically symbolic? What symbols appeal to you? What symbols appear to you in your dreams? Have you ever marveled at a sky in which the Sun and full Moon appeared together? Have you practiced Hatha [Sun-Moon] Yoga? Have you had The Psychedelic Experience and been fulfilled, not desiring anything, filled with the Eternal present? Have you merged with another human being on the levels of body, mind and Spirit? Do you seek completeness without assuming that certain means are the only path to completeness?
You ask a stranger where to begin. I do not know where what you seek, or what presents itself to you. I know only what ideas and objects have fascinated me. I cannot tell you where to begin any more than I can tell you the meaning of a dream, without knowing you first, and only then the context might make sense. Read Titus Burckhardt, Cherry Gilchrist, Julius Evola, Marie Louise von Franz, Mircea Eliade, C.G. Jung, Dennis William Hauck, Mark Stavish, Manfred Junius, or Robert Bartlett. Choose a beginning.
