I would like to share questions, insights and observations with other students of esoterica and practitioners of esoteric disciplines. I have only recently begun a systemic study of Thelema and of Chaos magick, and would love to correspond with others similarly situated.

About Me
William ("Bill") Courson is an ayurvedic practitioner and the principal of Montclair Ayurveda, in Montclair, New Jersey. He is on the faculty and is Dean for Institutional Development of the Sai Ayurvedic College in Miami, Florida and is presently part of a team creating an ayurvedic practitioner training program (the Bodhananda Vedic Institute) in southwestern MIchigan. He is the former administrative director of the Starseed Center for Yoga & Wellness in Montclair, New Jersey and director of the New Jersey Institute of Ayurveda as well as formerly an instructor at both centers. A retired corporate managerial accountant and website designer and developer, he has been a lifelong student and of and writer on the themes of traditional healing, alternative medicine, spirituality and eastern and western alchemy.
He is a certified herbalist with special interests in the fields of Ayurveda and Traditional Western Medicine (humoral medicine) and energetic healing through 'subtle therapies' including chakra, color and crystal therapies and has authored numerous professional and popular articles in these fields.
Additionally, Bill is a Reiki Master/Teacher in the traditional Usui lineage. He has taught professional level courses in all of these disciplines, and most recently was invited to train aspiring physicians in Reiki at the University of Medicine & Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ) Medical School.
Bill holds diplomas in advanced (Western) herbal medicine, a Diploma in Ayurvedic Science from the New Jersey Institute of Ayurveda and a Bachelor of Vedic Studies (Ayurveda) degree from the Sai Ayurvedic College of Miami. He is a member of the National Ayurvedic Medical Association, and is active on that organization's Standards Committee and Ayurvedic Schools Subcommittee, and was recently named to the Indian government-sponsored Ayurvedic Advisory Council of the United States.
He makes his home in Montclair, New Jersey and in Berea, Kentucky where he is active in a number of civic and charitable organizations.
