To explore the aspects and practice of Rosicrucianism

The term Rosicrucian (symbol: the Rose Cross) describes a secret society of mystics, allegedly formed in late medieval Germany, holding a doctrine "built on esoteric truths of the ancient past", which, "concealed from the average man, provide insight into nature, the physical universe and the spiritual realm.

Between 1607 and 1616, two anonymous manifestos were published, first in Germany and later throughout Europe. These were Fama Fraternitatis RC (The Fame of the Brotherhood of RC) and Confessio Fraternitatis (The Confession of the Brotherhood of RC). The influence of these documents, presenting a "most laudable Order" of mystic-philosopher-doctors and promoting a "Universal Reformation of Mankind", gave rise to an enthusiasm called by its historian Dame Frances Yates the "Rosicrucian Enlightenment".

In later centuries many esoteric societies have claimed to derive their doctrines, in whole or in part, from the original Rosicrucians. Several modern societies, which date the beginning of the Order to earlier centuries, have been formed for the study of Rosicrucianism and allied subjects.

Greetings Haladin!

I am a member of AMORC, which does have a group that meets in Dublin.

I do not know what the activity level is there, as I live in Colorado. However, I would be glad to discuss Rosicrucianism with you. What a way to start the new year!

Also, if you want to get a feel for what AMORC is about, i posted links in previous comments to three Facebook groups that are part of the RCUI classes.

AMORC has three online courses being offered. They start December 21st and last eight weeks. The information is located on Facebook. Below are the links and descriptions.

The Sophia Tradition I: The Way of the Heart
Throughout all world spiritualities there arises, often spontaneously and without historical transmission, the deep tradition of the Way of the Heart – The Path of Union with Divine Wisdom. In the West, this is often called The Sophia Tradition, after the Greek name for Wisdom.

Allied to this deep inner path, which manifests in both the Rosicrucian and Martinist traditions, are the images of the Divine Sophia from many spiritualities, and also other images of the Feminine Divine, long “hidden in plain sight” in world cultures.

This eight-week course will focus primarily on the Divine Wisdom Tradition as it has developed in the Near East and the Western world (from Persia to Eire), and will also invite participants to explore the manifestation of this depth spirituality in other world traditions, and to explore the images of the Divine Feminine in world spiritualities.

The Rosicrucian perspective on this approach to inner union with the Divine allows us to see the flowering of this tradition throughout the world, from a non-dogmatic and non-sectarian viewpoint, uniting all those on the Way of the Heart as they journey within.

First Rosicrucian Cycle in America, 1694-1801
This course will introduce you to the history and the philosophy of the Rosicrucian groups and individuals of the first cycle of Rosicrucian activity in America beginning in 1694 and continuing through the founding of the United States until the close of the 108 year cycle in 1801. The focus will be on the trials and tribulations they faced and overcame and how their Rosicrucian knowledge helped them cope with the challenges they faced in a new world. We will be studying how this ancient knowledge from the mystery schools of Ancient Egypt can be applied in your life today to master your life. This is an online course offered by the Rose-Croix University (RCUI) online under the auspices of the Rosicrucian Order, AMORC.

Rosicrucian Tools for Self Mastery
This course will introduce you to some of the Cosmic Laws and the Self Mastery Tools that the Rosicrucian Order, AMORC has taught for centuries. This is an online course offered by Rose-Croix University (RCUI) Online under the auspices of the Rosicrucian Order, AMORC. Remember that all of the answers you seek are Within.

Peace Be With You!
