I'm developing a workshop for artists (sound, visual or dance)called 'Subtle Listening' in which I have the participants use audio I've created that have binaural beats embedded.

I've been doing a lot of research and currently developing some techniques of my own which I'd like to have people test during meditation.

here is some info on my background in case you are interested:

you can email me at:

if you'd like to get a copy of the file I'm testing

greetings from San Francisco!

I went to Evelyn Gwinnie's link and watched the video.  She's a wonderful musician and teacher.  See illustrated the old adage: "Your mind's like a parachute.  It only works when it's open."  Being introduced to and immersed in a wide variety music from an early age, I found myself nodding throughout the video.  I recommend it to all.  Also, found her website and found a wonderful resource for the work in which I engage as an Energy & Massage practitioner.  Thank you for this lead.

hi Sunmover

i am very relieved to see your sense of humor is intact !
to say i was trained to be a carpenter is a under statement , my instructors were all masons , we learned very important life lessons as well.
i do think about being professional, the labor of my hands and mind.
thank you, and Norma

Hey Sunmover

we have five rules of construction in the union trades apprentice program.

1. tools and materials
2. drawings & lay out
3. cut list of materials
4. fabrication of cut materials into component parts
5. final erection of component parts

i do need a point of reference to begin lay out and elevation,, so i guess you can say that is the " 0 "

it really does apply to life in general ,, oh and never forget the punch list to final perfection..

and the punch line ,, carpenters have bigger erections...
