Maybe you should start with pictures on page 158 and compare "chimneys" or "pipes" on "globes" with "cloudbuster" W.Reich. On page 141 we have something what create some of liquid in pool - from device like plant, maybe herbs are only for explanation how it works. Liquid is probably use for energy works (p146 - brain waves as wavy lines), on 149 we have device to create remotely driven energy "stars" etc.

Liquid is probably someting like a elektroid of F.Rychnowski or with them to increase biomagnetic field of people in pools... ;]

Interesting hypothesis. hmmm..and i agree it seems to be a personal journal (grimoire) on herbs and more. I've actually made a few of those myself and I also have a big interest in herbs. I cannot say enough about cat nip tea.
