Share 'Qabalah For The Rest of Us'

Does anyone know where to get a copy of Lon Mil Duquette's Qabalah for the Rest of Us?  I have looked everywhere. It is no longer on Amazon. I messaged Lon's Facebook, did not hear back. The person who has it posted here has it listed privately and will not respond to requests to view it. I would really like to see this video. So as of now it is Qabalah for Some of Us. Thanks
