Hi everyone I am a new member to Eo and this is my very first blog ever(be gentle and kind please}
I want to share an experience with you and start some chatter.
The symbols x4 attached came to my mind about six years ago after what I can only describe as some sort of
awakening and new awareness.
I wont go into the specific details as it is a long story and will try to present this to you as simply as I can.
I also firmly believe that too many words mask…
ContinueThanks for your likes Phil. You might find my two most recent pics interesting... i've converted the 2D musical circular scale into 3D - still a work in progress ;-)
It sort of shows that in an octave between 1 and 2 the notes are functions of Root 3 and Root 2 - B,F = 1; D = 2 C,E from Root 2 and A,G from Root 3.
my elemental thoughts on a love divide..
Fire and Water are the yang/yin of being/flow/process
Air and Earth are the yang/yin of relationship/solidity/product
in the glyphs themselves, Air and Earth look like Fire and Water (Triangles) with a horizontal line dividing them in the center — this divide is what i consider to be the mark of ratio/relationship/rationality.
it is the left side where i believe Love resides and on the right Wisdom. Love as action(Fire) of the individual(I) with connection(Water) to the collective(All).
the young or growing yin/yang of Love produces an old or mature product yin/yang of Wisdom — which evolves the process to a new level of harmonious complexity.
as in a sine wave, the peaks of the wave are the dots in the taijitu and the movement towards those peaks are the swirls. these peaks, these ridges, these are the divides of Love — the wise break between individuated action and connected reception.
perhaps this is not exactly what you mean by A Love Divide, but i thought i'd offer a possible explanation using the Elemental Method — a device that when used with Love produces Wisdom for greater Love for greater Wisdom for..
