Esoteric Online

my experience of coming from the dark night of the Soul .

When darkness shadows the light,

And you feel all alone,

Fear not, for the darkness is not to harm you,

But the darkness is there to comfort you,

It will embrace you.

And enlighten you.

Open you heart,

For the old ones are talking to you,

Listen,

Listen to their calling,

For your soul, is being reunited,

To the ones that created it,

Be not afraid,

But celebrate,

For your calling is here.

It is interesting to be in the midst of the woods when night has completely fallen, or beneath the moonlight, where no civilized lights at all penetrate, sheer natural darkness.

Thank you Justice (and Anki).  Though certainly lost in the silent depths of the night, this reminds me that I am not forgotten.

Sweet poetry! If I may be so bold to make these claims, but we don't dwell in darkness when we're gathered as darkness is but the bridge from what we thought we knew to who we are eternal. When we are ready to listen then, it is our voice we hear with the same great clarity as of the light in which we bathe. What comes before it I don't know. If we are separate from what has created us, I don't think so. But life without mystery would be a darkness we couldn't bear, I don't think I could. And so I celebrate, too, embracing all that we are given, for in existence is nothing without meaning and purpose.

Lovely poetry yours and hers! Blessings....

Help us to be the always hopeful

Gardeners of the Spirit

Who know that without the darkness

Nothing comes to birth

As without light

Nothing flowers.

I think people fear this when instead it is a valuable tool for introspection and growth. Your poem is excellent!

Profound and true.......fear not the 'dark' ever as that is what creation springs forth from......
