"The National Council of Egypt’s Administrative Court issued a decree today (April 18, 2011) accepting a proposal to stop the recent court ruling against me in my former role as Secretary General of the Supreme Council of Antiquities, in a case involving the bookstore at the Egyptian Museum. This decree specifies that I will not serve any jail time, and states that I will remain in my position as Minister of State for Antiquities."

Yep, we hope that this will cause the newly formed government to support freedom of the press, however, with that there should always be slander laws to protect individuals from abusive freedom of the press. Thanks for sharing Sunmover!

And it came to pass when Joram saw Jehu that he said Is it peace Jehu And he answered What peace so long as the whoredoms of thy mother Jezebel and her witchcrafts are so many

18 Jehu gathered all the people together, and said to them, "Ahab served Baal a little; but Jehu will serve him much. 19 Now therefore call to me all the prophets of Baal, all of his worshippers, and all of his priests. Let none be absent; for I have a great sacrifice to Baal. Whoever is absent, he shall not live." But Jehu did it in subtlety, intending that he might destroy the worshippers of Baal. 20 Jehu said, "Sanctify a solemn assembly for Baal!" They proclaimed it. 21 Jehu sent through all Israel; and all the worshippers of Baal came, so that there was not a man left that didn't come. They came into the house of Baal; and the house of Baal was filled from one end to another. 22 He said to him who was over the vestry, "Bring out robes for all the worshippers of Baal!" He brought robes out to them. 23 Jehu went with Jehonadab the son of Rechab into the house of Baal. Then he said to the worshippers of Baal, "Search, and look that there are here with you none of the servants of Yahweh, but the worshippers of Baal only." 24 They went in to offer sacrifices and burnt offerings. Now Jehu had appointed him eighty men outside, and said, "If any of the men whom I bring into your hands escape, [he who lets him go], his life shall be for the life of him."

25 It happened, as soon as he had made an end of offering the burnt offering, that Jehu said to the guard and to the captains, "Go in, and kill them! Let none escape." They struck them with the edge of the sword; and the guard and the captains cast them out, and went to the city of the house of Baal. 26 They brought out the pillars that were in the house of Baal, and burned them. 27 They broke down the pillar of Baal, and broke down the house of Baal, and made it a latrine, to this day

So it is illegal for the Egyptian people to gather in public now. The Military has lit the fuse to their own suicide. Think of it like this. How large is Egypt's military, it is about 500,000 strong, now let us examine how many people are in Egypt, 79 million. That works out to about 175 civilians for each Army man. It is the calm before the storm. . . And now Iran wants to join the fun too...

"This Sunday night, for the first time in more than two weeks, traffic is flowing through Cairo's Tahrir Square. In Egypt, businesses are open, university classes are back in session and a new military government rules with popular support and a promise of coming democracy.

Egypt is an ancient civilization with a youthful population - nearly two-thirds of them are 30 years old or under. Many of them are educated but unemployed and angry.

Their 18-day revolution began not with terrorism and tanks, but with Twitter and texts and satellite TV broadcasts."

"The Egyptian military, for the first time publicly laying out the terms of its rule, said Sunday that it had dissolved the country’s parliament, suspended its constitution and called for elections in six months, according to a statement by the Supreme Council of the Armed Forces read on state television."

He would make a great president, he has all the qualities, and at least a few Egyptians have to love the guy.

I am quite surprised to see that almost everything stolen has to do with the AKhenaten/Tutankatens time period. These are very important pieces or at least they would bring the greatest amount of money on the Black market.
